TheBrainStak primarily sells digital AI services and software access. This Return Policy explains how returns work when no physical goods are shipped.
1. Digital Products and Services
TheBrainStak products are delivered digitally through website access, subscriptions, templates, workflows, downloads, support, or service delivery. Digital products cannot be physically returned once access, download, or delivery has occurred.
2. No Physical Returns
Because we do not currently sell physical merchandise, there is no shipping-based return process. You do not need to mail anything back to TheBrainStak for software, subscriptions, AI workflows, documentation, prompt packs, or digital resources.
3. Access Issues
If you cannot access something you purchased, contact us at support@thebrainstak.com. We will first try to restore access, resend delivery details, correct account problems, or provide reasonable technical support.
4. Replacements and Corrections
If a delivered digital file, template, or workflow is incomplete or materially different from what was described at purchase, we may provide a corrected version, replacement access, account credit, or another reasonable remedy.
5. Refund Relationship
Requests involving money back are handled under our Refund Policy. A refund, when approved, may require termination of access to the related digital product, subscription, files, templates, credits, or premium features.
6. Future Physical Products
If TheBrainStak later sells physical items, the checkout page or product page will provide item-specific return windows, shipping instructions, condition requirements, and restocking or shipping fee details.
